Brooke Wells CRUSHES Quarterfinals 2024
With the leaderboard finalized, I want to take you inside my journey through Quarterfinals 2024. Still recovering from a shoulder injury, this year's workouts may look a little different than normal. I traveled up to Burlington, Vermont to take on this year's quarters with Amanda Barnhart and the support of the HWPO crew at their HQ.

Here is the full unedited version of my 23.3 workout, which was among one of the top performances worldwide and the final workout of my 10th CrossFit Open! This was my second attempt of this workout, after accidentally missing 2 double unders in my first attempt.

Two weeks in, three workouts down! Follow along to see how I took on 23.2 parts A & B. This workout required a bit of strategy to get the best score possible on both sections. Brooke i don't think anyone deserves it more, To Podium. So many competitors but only 3 podium spots, there are Alot of people i would hope to see podium but there only three spots. you are such a champ and been thru alot.
